This morning, Sophie from the St. John’s Ambulance Service visited us to give us lifesaving skills – CPR and defibrillator training. We learned how to respond to an emergency situation using DRS ABC. We practised the recovery position on each other, and used a CPR practise dummy to do chest compressions and use the defibrillator. I’m the children will be keen to share their lifesaving knowledge with you, and practise the recovery position at home!
